RETURNS POLICY

At Palshop.co.uk, we are committed to our mission of raising funds for Gaza through this passion project. As such, we aim to remain transparent with our supporters regarding how our returns process works.

As we continue to grow and meet increasing demand, we’ve updated our returns procedure to ensure clarity and efficiency for both our team and our customers.


RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be shipped back to us within this 7-day period. Returns sent outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.


EXCHANGES

We are currently not processing exchanges.

If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with our return policy.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@palshop.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number in your email.

  3. Download and complete our Return Form.

  4. Include the completed form inside your return parcel.

This helps us track your request and process your return efficiently.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in a resalable condition

  • Include the completed Return Form

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection.

  • It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@palshop.co.uk

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If confirmed as faulty, we will provide a full refund or replacement and cover any applicable return shipping costs.


SIZE INFORMATION

We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page.
We also share sizing information on our Instagram stories before each release.

We strongly encourage customers to cross-reference measurements with existing garments to ensure the correct fit before purchasing.
